What books can you NOT get from Special Mastery Books?

So I know you can't get Maple Warrior from Special Mastery books, but what other skills can you not get?

As far as I know, Maple Warrior and Nova Warrior (for Kaiser) are the only two books you can't get. Along with any other book that's no longer used as well (eg., Super Transformation 30).

My Paladin was unable to get Monster Magnet.

yah can't get those lol I wanted to see if I could get that from the special one so that I didn't have to buy it (that crap is like 50 mil per book >.>) for my buff phantom, but alas it does not and I need to get a fricken truckload of money for it :C

Confirming Phantoms cannot get Impeccable memory (as of a couple days ago) from the special book (83 coin).
I'm going to hang on to the special MB in case they fix that in the next few weeks.
Also Angelic Busters CAN get Nova warrior.

They couldn't get it from the Renegades shop special book either, if I remember correct. So I guess it's intended.

The renegade shop used to sell them(the 20 and the 30 book) separately as far as I remember, and possibly the reason for not being in there now.

It did? I really don't remember them being sold at the shop

Can confirm the 20 and 30 Memory IV books were in the Renegades shop individually, it's how I got my Memory IV to 30.
