Anyone can really do this, take a video with fraps, upload it through windows media, make sure its at least HD, and email it to zelkova or pm it to me. Just make sure the IGN is clear and you have a time. This doesn't have to be limited to people who have been accepted. & LoveVictim;
If you're gonna record that, try and do it when someone uses a party buff. Pretty solid proof there.

Good initiative! I watched some of the videos in the website and realised something is lacing. I will suggest that the reporter takes an additional step to track the user down so the name and location are matching. It is pretty common that some users replace l with and I instead. By doing the additional step, it helps to ensure that reporter is reporting the right username.

Whenever I report someone, I right click them and click on "Save name", so I know I get the right IGN.

Sorry but I don't see a point to this.
Sure it can work with those that hack and then pretend to be legit afterwards, but the main issue are those that hack through bots for mesos or w.e. They don't care if one char is banned, they will just create another one again and again.
Unless this includes those that pay to leech from hackers. If this can get them banned then it proves to be greatly usefull.

Sorry forgot to update the thread.
I have brought the site to Hime's attention. I am waiting on a response from her right now. We will know soon enough if this will work.
If they like the idea, I will be taking up to 10 people per server for right now.

It makes NO sense. Just because they were banned on a single hitting account doesn't mean they can always just brush it off that easily. You make it sound as if they will never get banned again In some cases, nexon can link accounts to other accounts and chain ban the person's main character.
The only problem I really want to have worked on is finding a way to record hacker boss runs, which is currently impossible for us.

Nexon has been doing this for how long? banning booters over and over. Why do you think the number of booters stays stable then?. Because for them, accounts and characters mean nothing. They create one, hack and take what they can from each one and until they get banned, then do it again. Even linking accounts to IP's and then chain banning them seems not to work, otherwise we'd have seen a difference already.
As I see it, this can only work on those that hold any appreciation for 1 character or account and you should feel more than rewarded if you can use this to ban hack leechers. As for bothers, it will never be reduced unless they change the way accounts are created.

Or recording boss events in where you only see your damage, ala Aswan style. There's a couple people hacking Mystic Bosses, but considering you never see their "Stack Hack" damage, it's nigh impossible to prove it.

You don't know what you're talking about. I'm going to not continue this discussion because you clearly are only going to believe what you see straight in your face.

The entire idea of it is lower nexon's necessary workload so they can focus on the bigger issues. If they have a dependable volunteer team that can give them undeniable and accurate evidence of botters/hackers, it'll, in any circumstance, speed up the process.

Something that could do a lot alone would be if the community changed their attitude about hacking. Here in sp many are pro-legit but in the game more and more people are starting to accept hacking as part of the game and abuse it.
I remember when few years ago you were right out of the guilds or boss runs if people found out you hack(ed).

A simple solution would be if Nexon took a hardline on anyone associated with a hacker, like permanently banning for being in a party with them. People would start to distance themselves from hackers and they'd become much more frowned upon in the community.

This is incredibly annoying. The boss is usually dead before i can even enter the portal.
