Actually, I don't think I know of any hacks that were ever completely patched.

Familiars were patched, they can't one shot entire maps anymore. I also believe that whisper D/C was made impossible due to autobans on sending too many packets at once.

D/Cing is still entirely possible (I know people who do it).

exped DC hack seems to be back, but this is after this patch, more probable than anything, nexon unpatched something

You know what's less impactful but equally as annoying? Stupid meso farmers randomly whispering my characters in their cryptic nonsensical censor-dodging speech >:[

EDIT: dammit fricken nubcake hackers. come into our map at LHC with their hacker party and KS us >.> Nexon needs to fricken patch this thing.
