New patch in the PBE, some more little nerfs on Evelynn R, Thresh no longer gets MR from his passive, his abilities finally got icons and a nerf/buff/something weird done to crystaline flask, 120 Hp and 60 mp for 12 secs but flask now cost 335 instead of 225
Oh and a little less HP and Mana Per level for thresh.

IMHO, Crystalline Flask was way too gold-efficient for the effects it gave. Especially when it beats the previous standard for early-game sustain - red potions - in gold costs and for the sustain it gave just after a few trips back to base. Because of that, I was expecting Riot to do something with the Flask in some way or form in the coming patch.
Also, I started to notice that some people have started taking Crystalline Flask and red pots as starting items just to outsustain the opposition early on. And the "turtling/stalemating and outsustaining 'til the other side drops" strategy is a thing that I find somewhat questionable. =P

Sadly it kinda nerfed the other side of the strategy, where a champ with no poke could CS without a care for the champ with the poke to leave him too low. Specially true in the mid machups of AP vs AD casters/Bruisers.

I really like this. Under tower with your own creeps attacking the other wave, I really had to guess early on when I could prep caster minions before a tower hit them and a lot of the time my creeps would end up doing too much damage to them after the tower hit them late.

You just now gotta time your ultra pushing with cannon minions, since turrets doesn't change targets until the current one is dead or a enemy draws aggro.
Teemo is stupid and should be deleted period.
Vi is on a decent place, there are some counters that can whack her before she whacks them (To this day i have yet to beat a Wukong in lane, maybe a darius too, but then again its DARIUS)
