I don't need a boat, I have rep mules. And as I understand it you pay mesos to exit those areas to where you want to go, and you don't pay mesos for rep (and like I mentioned before, rep is not useful for anything else on mules).

You dont pay mesos, and wouldnt you need multiple MS running to use tele mules?

I have 7 computers. But nice to know you don't have to pay mesos, I haven't explored Pantheon fully. That elf town (omg MS has so many towns I can't even remember all the names anymore) charges mesos to use the taxi unless you are a Mercedes.
