Can't seem to access my account on the LoL forums, but I can in-game?

So very weird thing here. I forgot my password, so I had reset it. Went to the exact e-mail I used last time to register. In-game, I have no problems, but for some reason on the LoL forums my account and password didn't work. I wondered what happened, so I went to do "I forgot my Username", entered the very e-mail I just got my password recovery link, and it said that that e-mail doesn't have an account associated with it.

I.... uh.... what??

There's no support button in game, right? Maybe make another account to explain on the forums/ticket, or ask someone to do that for you.
