I cannot speak for anyone else, but I have been in the industry long enough to have a very thick skin about it. I know how it feels as a player to be angry about these things! Although sometimes I do when reading threads, I admit.

1-5 am and 0-4 am for me.

Extra time at the weekend probably works out better for me anyway since it's in a better time slot.
