Well, now I think my friend is right and nexon is preparing for a worldwide release of the "Great War", Remember that Nova's objective is to get a transcendent in their side, Maple world currently have Rhinne (rescued from Ark) and Alice (the only one officially with us, transcendent of life). Whereas the bad guys have the black Mage, Darmoor and Chronica powers. We need Iona to be complete and have a 3 vs 3 fight (If darmoor makes an alliance with the black mage).

We still have 4 more Nova classes ( going by the statues) or 3 (going by the cubes). So, they'll probably get Iona back. Also maple world is ready to attack the black mage, we officially have a Transcendent on our side, we have the heroes and now the revamped cygnus also Black wings' information thanks to Orca and Xenon. It's the moment to attack. I think the introduction video of the Unlimited patch was to warn us that the maple world is ready to counter attack.

I'm pretty sure the next updates will be related with the war in the maple world, the new nova's jobs looking for Iona (also Grandis' expansions) and the overseekers and the usual cash milking patches like potential and stuff.

I don't know how to feel about this, but the events do seem to lead up to it. It kind of feels...awesome.

This was... unexpected. I'm going ahead and guessing tht this is going to be a concurrent Mass MS wide release?

The are 6 Nova's warriors statues in the sanctuary, one looks like Kaiser and other has the soul shooter. There are other 4, one being disarmed, one with a spear and shield, other with a staff that also looks like the spear but with and orb in the top and one with a dragonic bow. Also there are 3 cubes that are used to protect nova's place, there was 4 but one was used to create Angelic buster, so the other 3 could probably have the powers of the other old novas (like angelic buster with Eskalade).

Did Demon Slayer/Avenger ever get a connecting storyline with Damien?

If not, please give us some closure on Demon Slayer/Avenger.

I mean, we get 4 new bosses they contribute nothing as far as gear or progression. I've never even heard of this world tree thing before in my life.

New bosses = new test of skill, and more options for players who aren't 190-200 and are bored of Hilla, Zakum, HT.

There are some small quest with each guardian. Vellum's involves you saving the Lizard princess. (The others look like some small farming quest?)

From what I remember, they added quests to DS and DA where he meets these mysterious Demon race people in various places and they talk about a new commander for the Black Mage (Damian).
