[Kaiser] Dragon Form's +2 Attackspeed not working.

After the V126 patch, i've noticed there is a notable amount of increase in delay when using Gigas Wave and regular attacks in Final Form/Figuration. Does anyone notice this too? I feel as if the transformation no longer gives +2 attack speed.

Either it's not giving the +2 ATK SPD or it's not stacking with other ATK SPD buffs. I noticed my speed doesn't increase with Blaze Up active, while in Transfig, but my speed DOES increases with Blaze Up, while not in transfig.

hi mechtavius, and but yeah i think the +2 atk speed is broken, i feel like a snail, even though on paper its like a 90ms speed difference.

Yeah, this blows. I was really looking forward to special mystery mastery books and inferno breathing getting fixed, but those seem like kind of minor issues compared to transform being worthless and some creepy guy whispering 'Kaiser' in my ear every time I cast booster.

Could be worse. They could have fixed the 200 hyper as well and made Transfig really bad lol.

Transfig is still far from worthless, though at some bosses.

I dunno what Gigas Wave's cast time is supposed to be in Transfigured mode but yeah it's way slower than in regular mode.

Unless it was hotfixed extremely recently, because I did Aswan earlier today and it wasn't fixed.
