It's even more pathetic that there's some people who are trying to find ways to "hide" their Tyrant gear from being deleted.
Guy in my guild is trying desperately to find a way to "save" his Tyrant cape from being deleted.

Rumor has it you can anvil and it changed the ID so it won't get deleted but I've seen none like this in Nova yet.

If the item ID changed, the item would no longer have its proper title when you hover over it - and it does. It would also not be possible to innocent scroll or fuse anviled items. Probably not clean slate either.
Not that Nexon hasn't done dumber things in the past, but I don't see why they would do this.

Sounds like a business opportunity: Perpetuate the rumor and sell NX at hyper inflated rates.

i dont know man.... my did got remove.... so is it possible it was on storage? or someplace nexon doesnt know? or it is possible that those are rumor?

I haven't yet seen a deletion where Nexon removed everything they intended to.

So here is the question of the day though: Tyrant stuff is pouring out of the Marvelous Marvel Machine and there is a lot of Tyrant crap in the FM on Scania. So which is it? Hacked gear that wasn't deleted (and might be removed without warning at any point in the future), or legit Tyrant gear from the Marvel Machine? What is safe to buy and what isn't?

They should release a system that labels items in the corner or something. Having a very small 'MM' for Marvel Machine or 'MR' for Magnus Run would easily clear up any confusion that is being generated from having both legit and illegit items on the market.

Nexon really needs to consider the implications from banning players and removing a certain type of gear and then releasing that same gear in a a cash shop event.

They probably do. They just don't see what could go wrong with doing something as simple as "delete all items with this name". Because it's so simple corporate expects it to work flawlessly and as long as most were deleted it's a job well done.

It probably won't be widespread for another day or two but i saw at least one kaiser hacking within the last 20 minutes without really trying so no they haven't fixed it yet.
