This is great, and honestly nexon should have taken action sooner. But later rather than never I guess...I really do hope that if its true that most of the obnoxious people in windia are quitting(which usually isnt...) that windia's community becomes a lot better. Hoping for the best guys!

It's really a question about how efficient they are in cleaning the mess. If they leave drops here and there, it'll just make those players have even more of an advantage.

This is very true, and it is yet to be seen whether it is more likely that they will be able to accurately discern and then eliminate the items that are a result of hacking. From what I've heard in the past sometimes nexon gets it right, sometimes legits get hurt in the process or sometimes they just do a crappy scan and overlook alot of hacked items.

There is no discerning on this one though. Any and all tyrant equips are illegitimate. There is no gray area or mistakes to be made here. The only thing Nexon needs to be absolutely careful of is checking every single area in the database for possible hiding places.

Ah indeed. In that case it shouldn't be too much trouble. I still get this uneasy feeling that some equips will still survive the deletion waves. In which case it would be very disappointing..

I know a few people who've spent a couple of bil on the tyrant equips since Magnus has been out. I'm preparing for another poopstorm of butt hurt on the MapleStory forums.

There's people in Windia selling unique Tyrant capes for max only now that they saw the notice. Pretty pathetic how people would attempt scamming just for some meso.

Anyways, I got a feeling they won't just delete Tyrant gear this patch. I think another dupe wipe is coming with the deletion of Tyrant equipment.

It's even more pathetic that there's some people who are trying to find ways to "hide" their Tyrant gear from being deleted.
Guy in my guild is trying desperately to find a way to "save" his Tyrant cape from being deleted.

Some in GAZED already bought a Tyrant for as low as 100m. I got to admit it's fun seeing all the people trying to get rid of them while making even a small profit.
