How was your day?

Worked, caught up on all production levels pretty much, made some pretty extravagant pieces today that turned out really well. Wrapping my day up with laying in bed and texting this boy that's rather cute and into the same things as me. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~*

I am 1 day into the cold shower challenge and I want to die.

Haha, I actually had to do this every day over the summer, so it wasn't really a challenge but a requirement. It's not so bad when you just get it over with.

I went to work, I am completely caught up and actually over produced for the week, I got informed that I'm going to lose my assistant after next week. She'll still work for Michaels, but she's being transitioned to replenishment and will stock floral until I need her again. At least she got to stay seeing as she was hired as seasonal. Other than that I spent the rest of my day texting cute latin boy, he was at work majority of it and still continued to text back which made me :3

God I hope I don't pineapple this up, he seems really great.

Went to work, made some pretty cool Mardi Gras and Valentine's pieces. Today we celebrated my friend Julia's birthday, and I sort of mended a friendship that I lost about a year and a half ago because of dumb pomegranate. It feels kinda nice, hopefully we'll all hang out this week.

I end tonight with drunk texts from a boy~ ;3

Same weight as I was 2 weeks ago. Was hoping for at least a -1 pound difference.

I need to push myself to lose weight instead of saying "I'll do it tomorrow.", downloaded a calorie tracker app yesterday, I'm hoping it'll help me stop eating so much unnecessary food.

Survived the family party/reunion/somethingwhatever! If I don't see them all in a year it would be too soon. It's like a reunion of hyenas. And I'm not much of a hyena (I lack the...charm) which makes for a very awkward -day-. Yes, 8 hours. Uff.


Good thing alcohol inhibits your sense of giving a pineapple. Bad thing it doesn't make you forget about the whole thing after the alcohol loses its effect. Anyway, I'm more than ready to go back into university.

Worked, made some pretty bad ass Mardi Gras and Valentines things again, began clearing my leftover Christmas and transitioning to Spring displays. Continual progress with aforementioned boy is a go, coffee is in the works, and "dulce suenos" will be happening tonight~

My mom offered to trade her CRV for my Outlander. I told myself I'll accept it once I learn how to park better.

Spent 3 weeks at home and not one of my high school friends contacted me.

As I'm driving back to school 3 college friends text me to hang out tonight. It's nice to have people that care about you in your life.

First time posting in this thread but my girlfriend (best friend of 10 years, girlfriend of 3 months) and I came out to our parents today...

They were both extremely supportive, as well as my godparents who happened to be there. I basically cried today, I'm just overjoyed. ;__;

It was surprising because my family is full of Christians and hers is mainly conservative.

Got a speeding ticket today. Was going down a hill with a 45 limit, it suddenly broke into a 30 limit, I didn't want to SLAM on the brakes, so I lightly held pressure, and there was a cop waiting AT THE SIGN. He pulled me over and gave me the ticket. First time ever being pulled over in over 3 years of driving. What a load of bull crap. I'm fucking steaming right now.

Today I worked, made Mardi Gras masks for fun because I'm caught up, texted boy, and hung out with friends. I've mended a friendship I lost my senior year of HS, and now we can all be our big group of friends ago. Feels good~

Trying to make progress on a coffee date but I don't want to come off as pushy, etc, over thinking, typical Tay things.

My job has stolen my life though.

Didn't eat before my doctors appointment, and my doctor decided it would be a good idea to draw blood.
Told him it wasn't a good idea, and I ended up passing out. Nurse wasn't able to draw the blood, so I have to go back later in the week.

Fun stuff.

Worked, came home, napped, friends came over, drank a bit and played just dance and watched a movie. Pretty awesome day, and I'm a bit tipsy wanting to meet this guy so bad because he has 6 tattoos and that's just one more thing to turn me on and I'm not in a completely stable state and ugh just hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng.

Papering NYC for a full-time job post-graduation has officially begun, and I've already heard back from two contacts at Time Inc. - saying thanks for getting in touch, but to talk to them closer to when I graduate, as they'll maybe have positions then and everything is "we need someone ASAP." So blergh. BUT THE INDUSTRY IS BIG and so I'm sure I'll find a job somewhere in time!

Otherwise a meh episode of Law & Order: SVU tonight, wore my new 3.1 Phillip Lim sweater all day and loved it, and ended with a fantastic creative brain blast that finalized my concept for MODA's next print cover feature.
