As a side note, when does the Day start/end? I know it ends at 10PM PST, but I would like to know when it starts as well.

For those that don't know by now, I have a very weird schedule. Working graveyard shift does that to you. I work Midnight-9AM Eastern(3AM - Noon PST), and sleep during the day, so I just want to get the important hours straight for myself.
