Question Regarding Czak Seduce Arm(s)?

For Chaos Zakum I was always under the impression that besides the 2nd and 3rd bodies, the only other thing that seduces is the Arm 5 (The left side 2nd from the ground arm). Looking at some extractions though I recently just saw that Arm 4 says this:

Attack 3
Range - 200%
Element - Lightning
Seduces for 20 seconds with 100% probability
Magical

Has anyone experienced getting seduced by Arm 4? I ask because I've never seen anyone get seduced after we take down Arm 5. Thanks.

Note that it's not a Seduce move, but the Seduce ailment being attached to a lightning attack. I don't recall ever seeing a lightning attack during the arms, so maybe that's why.
