Buying a new desktop.

If you have roughly 700 bucks, why don't you just save it and then put more money into it for a better rig?

You could get a nice powerful desktop for a cheap price, but it's only cheap if you build it yourself. If you're willing to learn how to build a computer, I could provide you with some links if you like.
Building a computer isn't as hard as it sounds.
