I've been trying to test it, but I only have access to a 'S' rank Mechanic and the 30 second Hyper buffs.

With the Mechanic card, they should last for 34 seconds if you floor it, but I can't be certain because of server latency and whatnot.

Same thing with my 'S' rank Mercedes; cooldown should be 90-->87 seconds if you floor it but again, it's too minuscule to be conclusive.

2) buff duration was stated to not affect hypers but it actually does apparently

It doesn't seem to work for equilbirum for Lums tho. Then again this is not my word of mouth.

My testing on my Merc and my friend's testing on Kaiser confirmed that neither bd nor cdr affect hyper skills. Please explain.

If you do your Azwan between 8 and 12 (both am and pm), and make sure to claim your coins after each run, you can get many bonus coins.
Do Hard level to get bonus Emperor coins. They can total hundreds per day.

Allegations from other users on this forum. The cooldown ignore statement was because no one commented on it working or not, and it seemed unlikely that it wouldn't work.

How much cooldown ignore did you test it with?

btw I tested Time Leap on my Phantom, and it doesn't reset Hyper skills' cooldowns. Just thought you all might want to know, if someone else hadn't already done so.

Just an S rank Mercedes card, but I like just north of LA so there's almost no lag time. I did test with 24% buff duration which should have yielded easily measurable results. It came out dead on schedule for me and my Kaiser friend with S Merc + Mech cards.

I confirmed that BD does not work with Hypers. I tested this with 2 S rank Mechanic cards
