I know this was answered previously but I can't remember. I have 20 available accounts but I'm pretty sure the limit was 10-15 before they flag you?

I have done 17 in one hour, wait six hours, then did 7 more. I believe it's # of accs logged within a certain period of time.

Well to get the most benefit out of it, doing 18, then doing 2 other accounts later, how long would be a fair amount of waiting?

I've logged in exactly 18 accounts right after the hour turned X:X1 and then an hour and one minute later X:X2 I logged in 12 more accounts and did not get the ban.

Ah, I was thinking more along the lines of using multiple computers in a library to log into more accounts than the IP ban restricts. Okie dokie.
