Sword + Torch/Longbow/Shortbow on my Ranger. I go either Shortbow or Longbow on my ranged set depending on my needs.
Dusk; Red Moas give Fury for 15 seconds with their ability. Would help both you and your pet out at once. Also, River Drakes have a pretty powerful Lightning attack. Only issue with the River Drake's is that its prepare time is huge. There's also some decent abilities on Devourers and Spiders. http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/List_of_pet_skills

Quote:Despite the name, Wintersday is actually a multi-week winter festival celebrated all across Tyria (except in Orr, where there is not a lot of cheer.) That gave me a good laugh.

Corn stinx.
FYI, you can only make 2 out of the 5 mini-pets, but they're also selling them in the gem shoppe for 350 gems each. You can get a chance to make an Endless Tonic of one of the pets by using the frame + 1 pile of glittering dust + 50 stuffing + 50 glue. If you don't make the Endless Tonic, you get 3 regular ones and your frame back. I'm aiming for the Griffon plushie, but have failed with my 6 tries. ;___; Also, because Corn stinx, a general guide on what to sell to NPC and what to salvage:
When you start to get to lvl 70 and find lvl 70 gear, you can save your green gear for the Mystic Forge for the chance of getting a yellow. If you feel rich enough, you can just salvage everything. For some reason, Mithril Ore keeps rising. I think it has to do with commendations and some of the new recipes involving snowflakes. .... Just save your Black Lion Kits for exotics with runes/sigils. Use Master's Kits for yellows and Basic Kits for everything else.
