Best Buy NPC missing?
#1
I cant find the Best Buy NPC anywhere(she used to be in NLC but they removed her a while ago). Now I cant complete any more Dinner Fixin quests cause all the other NPC's are "sold out".Frown

Is she around and I'm just blind?

I believe she used to be above the Taru Spirit NPC. All you see is a big empty space with NPC Cassandra there.

Yeah, I think Cassandra replaced her and they forgot to put her back in for the quest.

[From what I read] Nexon + Best buy are not working together anymore so Best buy doesn't sell cards there anymore. There's no reason for a Best buy npc to exist in-game as a result.

Well, then Nexon forgot to take out the quest related to the Best Buy NPC.

They hoped no one would notice. Also, there was a thread on this earlier, and someone that worked at Best Buy said in that thread that Best Buy doesn't sell NX cards anymore.

You can just check their website to see that NEXON isn't affiliated with Bestbuy anymore.

Most probably due to Best Buy going bankrupt. Excellent

Hah, good thing (I guess) that I'm ignoring this whole quest chain this year.

I don't have the Etc slots to spare on any characters now. Mad

Then don't do it? Just forfeit it. You can do the same one again, I did the 7-11 one like four times.

Somebody doesn't know what's going on in this thread.

Yeah, you can do every quest five times per store. He knows that, and he's even said that he's done all five for each store.

The problem here is that this quest goes until the 16th, and once you used up 25 allowances (which many people have now), there's no other stores to use them at. Best Buy used to exist, but now it's gone. We wish it wasn't because we have so many extra days to do the quests, but no stores to do 'em at!

This sucks because Best Buy Jill was hot.

I figured their deal with Best Buy had ended, but why? And since when is Best Buy going bankrupt?

I wouldn’t be surprised if they all disappeared eventually. It’s all about Nexon and 7-Eleven these days. They even moved the in game store to be the closest to the quest.

Nexon is just dumb. They should have counted the days and numbers of times allowed at each NPC this year. If they were taking out 1 NPC, they should have let people do more at each remaining ones. I don't play that much anymore, so I kind of don't mind clearing out my etc slots for the NX cards unlike last year. Even then I only hop on and do it every second day.

It would make sense if Nexon want to co-operate with 7-Eleven. You'd have more 7-eleven stores in a town than you have their other affiliated stores put together. There are like, more than 10 7-eleven stores just in the inner city alone. Beware of 7-elevens, they are everywhere...

Everywhere, and yet I've only seen one in my entire life.

I guess I'm lucky!
