Should I recirculate my IA?

As a DB, my FC currently has a CD of ~9 seconds. Should I recirculate 17% boss IA for buff duration when I get my third line? I currently only hit about 850k crits on bosses like Zak with FC.

Cooldown ignore > all now that we know buff duration doesn't mean s'hit for hyper skills.

But if you hit cap anyway then of course you should go over the ia the majority of people try for.

Has it been tested on GMS Hyper Skills? I know it was in the patch notes, but it IS GMS after all...

Not that i know of but it cannot possibly be that hard to find out
