From the lines on it, it looks like it can break apart to a whip-like sword (Ivy, Renji, etc.). That's probably only wishful thinking, though.

Not really seeing a Lotus/Orca resemblance but okay. That's two of those swords I’ve seen now and they haven't gotten any prettier. edit: oh wait i see the Lotus look in the vid. The class is ridiculous as i was expecting.

3 main stats? That is a really odd choice, after streamlining the whole game to use one main stat. Not that I’m against it I think it’s great to make use of the different stats.

looks like they expanded the empress set bonus.
they added an empress ring(ravenhorn, dragontail, sharktooth, etc etc)

EDIT: sorry, they added an empress item to the thief/pirate set. I'm pretty sure it's a ring, but I have no idea.
