Why is my HP so low

As a level 182 buccaneer I have 16.1k HP. That seems awful low to me, considering I also have the empress HP bonus set. Can anyone explain this?

What level is your willpower? What card decks do you have? Do you have evolving rings?

That seems kind of normal to me. I don't remember the last time I was on my Viper... much less how much I have now, but I think I had ~18k at 193, with a bunch of gear that gave %HP as potential and other HP bonuses.


Edit : Oh, yeah. That's also with two S-class card deck bonuses.

Looks pretty normal to me, 19x bucc, 22kHP with various HP% equips.
