That's exactly why.
I had one special circulator before the Tempest patch hit GMS. I have about 250 now.
Three reasons:
1) For honor level-up starting at level 50 one now gets special circulators instead of levels 4, 3, and 2.
2) Special Circulators appear frequently in Jean's store, even more so than levels 2-4 used to.
3) There is an event going on which gives hundreds of bonus coins per day, enabling us to buy those special circs when they appear (only up to 10 at a time, but as I said, they appear frequently).

Went through about 90 odd special circulators at 3-lined honor to get this:



Not spectacular, but 6% damage to normal enemies and 20% accuracy to MP (5400-5700 accuracy) so all three lines are useful. Still not back to pre-nerf levels without Judgment Draw but that's acceptable for now. Probably going to save up to ~400 circs before I try again.

Circ'ed over 9% boss damage, 45%avoid to HP, a couple +1 to passive skills to get this. Not much of note beyond those two, though.

After 254 Special Circulators, 32 Level 8/7 I get this:



It is on a mage and I circulated through a 6% Boss, a 15% Chance for No Cooldown , 18% Drop Rate and multiple super-disappointing double S-Ranks. I have 169 Special Circulators left, but after 254 I feel this may be the best I'm going to get. Yay or nay?

I really wanted a high Buff Duration or that No Cooldown or the elusive Booster or a higher Critical Rate so I could scrap my Crit Ring. Four Use slots rescued though, whee.

So many edits: Since that All Aswan IA thread doesn't get that much traffic, I'll repeat a question I saw: Did the IA pool change with Unlimited's Azwan changes?

I...would stick with that until you have like 1,000 circs saved up or something ridiculous. That's the best you're probably going to get any time soon.

Critical by itself would be something to sit on before you had a ton of Circs to eat through.

Just be glad you got another useful line too.

On a Mercedes, I didn't find that multi-target ability all that useful... Or at least I didn't notice much of a difference with mobbing around. So I rolled over that multi-target ability with about 120 circulators and got these inner abilities. I'm pretty satisfied as they are now.


+14% boss
+21 All stats
5% avoid to max HP/junk

On that note, think using a ultimate circulator (if the chance to get them arises) would be a good idea in this situation?

Ultimate Circ still resets IA, but automatically makes the bottom one S Rank.

Hate Nexon's fondness for useless crap in all their gambling mechanisms.

I just know that if I stockpile circulators, I will either not get what I want no matter how many I have, or I'll get something I'm loathe to let go of within the first dozen (and be stuck with several Use slots full of circulators I'll never use and never dare toss).

On my... 5th to 7th circulator. Not bad. Shall leave it alone. +31 INT, which is about 4% so not bad.

I am concerned about this too. My Phantom doesn't have many slots and it'll be about five to six months before special circulators become more common but ATT 6 really doesn't cut it in the long run.

Decided to reward myself for getting to 30 and use up some of my Rank-5 Circs. I was only going to use a few, but I got so much S-Rank DEX/LUK/INT that I just said pineapple it



Thought I was about to be left with garbage when this pops up. I am totally okay with this. And it will also probably be the best thing I get until level 60 >_>
