with 900m you could have scrolled a way higher than 62 atk James D:

Old bottom: Lv 80 Red Pirate Skirt ; Stats: 16 DEX / 3 LUK / 10 Acc / 5 Speed
New bottom: Lv 50 Maroon Moon Pants ; Stats: 15 DEX / 2 LUK / 2 Acc / 1 Avoid / 7 Speed

Going to slowly reset and try to become low-DEX 'clean'-stats Scarab for now, and then slowly save up mesos and try scrolling or then buying a prescrolled Craven, not sure yet. Next goal: Getting a 18+ LUK Maroon Moon top!

unless you can get like a 60+ atk scarab, you shouldve stayed with your old pants. they're 1 luk and 1 dex higher and perfectly adaptable for sleeves and cravens which has a higher watk base for scrolling. not to mention the prescrolled ones which are easily 60+ atk. arent scarabs outdated yet? isnt that why people stopped using slains and gigs like they were before 3rd job was released?

I think he's got a 11-12 stat Pirate Boot which if so, would limit him to only a Sleve to get full use from them (since you need 120 for skirt/shoes, plus 25 dex or so)


I'm capping at Mamba or Casters until I get a HT pendant, and I'm finding it difficult to shuffle stats around so I can use any pants above level 50. So it's not just limited to scarabs.

That would work quite well, but also requires me to have a high DEX base, which is the downfall of using my old bottom..

Lv 80 thief gear = 120 "base" DEX requirement to equip.
120 + 16 (from skirt) = 136.

However, I see less problems using a lv 80 top, because I still get the DEX bonuses from my current pants, thus letting me equip my top. I have 81 base DEX, I believe.

I'm sure with the equipment he has, he's surely able to buy some 3atk+ face stompers someday. 3atk, no stat shoes is already better whatever base dex he can come up with to wear those 11-12 stat shoes.

The dmg is dam crazy but its kebob =.=. By the time you hit like 70 times with SB,i'd already have hit 100 times. I just can't stand kebob's speed. Again,nice dmg
