Is this right? 64.74 Hits per sec? Wow then EMS' kaiser (And possible GMS) is OP as hell (If you can use Wingbeat while Transformed and Maplers' link skills).

I will likely be grinding my Kaiser up to 3rd and maybe 4th job the days before Demon Avenger comes out (after my Finals) to corroborate the claim that Wingbeat can't be used while Transformed, and that it activates Regain Strength every hit. But yes, it is adequately powered.

I'm talking about EMS' Kaiser, I know KMS' kaiser Can't use Wingbeat while transformed, in this video you can see Wingbeat icon with a pink recolor while transformed, and Since EMS got the new Command system for kaiser that GMS is getting, I Suppose we will be able to use Wingbeat while transformed too. Also EMS' Kaiser can use Mercedes' link skill for example.

Thanks for finding this. I asked about this a couple days ago or so after watching an EMS video and I had noticed the icons while transfigured; that led to me asking if they could use it while transfigured, seeing as how they didn't use it in the video. I guess after I was answered that they could it sparked some chat about it and resulted in this. I'm glad there's definite confirmation on it now.

Finally some REAL PROOF of wingbeat in transfig. That color change is cool...i wonder if that was EMS' creation or if wingbeat in transfig was an intended mechanic from the start.

Funny thing I forgot to mention about that, if I haven't already. Wingbeat activates Regain Strength every hit, yes, but it only activates if your character is moving around.

If you throw out a Wingbeat and then stand there and spam Giga Slasher, it won't activate Regain Strength. If you throw out a Wingbeat and then jump back and forth while using Giga Slasher, Regain Strength's numbers will start to pop up rapidly.

I have no idea what causes this.

Probably not. But it doesn't make any sense for his signature buff to make him worse at either single target or multi-target attacking. That link buff restriction seemed really random, too. If anything, it'll be nice to have some kind of incentive to use the command system instead of it being nothing but a detriment.

Of course not. But after putting considerable funding in preparation for both Luminous and Kaiser I'm happy one of the classes I took an interest in didn't get screwed over.
Would have strongly preferred for Transformation not to be touched in anyway, but after hearing "We pineappleed with Kaiser too btw LOL" from the AMA things went much better than expected.

Hell no. I like Aran, but one is enough. I prefer hotkey classes, I'm sure 90% of players do. You have the OPTION of playing it solely like Aran. Go ahead and play him like so if that's what you want. I'll stick to hotkeys that don't give me arthritis or hurt my hands after a few hours.

I had an error for Kaiser tables. Regain Strength was only doing 1 hit instead of 2.

I can confirm that if you stand immobile and not attacking/Jumping or using skills, Wingbeat wont trigger Regain Strength.
However, any action (Jumping, moving, using skills, attacking, whether you actaully hit anything or not) seems to make Wingbeat trigger Regain Strength. Its very clunky though, anything other than constant movement does not trigger Regain Strenght 100% of the time and sometimes there is a weird delay between Wingbeat hits and the proc.
