SAO 14-20: Leafa is pretty annoying, more than I remember from the novels. It's especially striking when compared to Asuna at the end of 20. The fight was good though. Nice to see Kirito just dominate with dual wielding. On another note, they definitely rush from scene to scene, so I think people who haven't read the novels might get confused.

The rest of this show being in my distant memory, the ending is going to leave it stronger in my mind than it probably deserves to be because MOTHERpineappleIN' RENTON AND PIMP CANE NIRVASH. Keep that pimp hand strong. Considering my usual difficulty with following rushed time hopping, that was all actually pretty coherent to boot. Wouldn't mind a few OVAs to fill in some ending material for the rest of the characters.

Which makes Kirito dumping some cold water down the back of Suguha's shirt lose some significance; it IS a prank, but he only did it because someone else (Leafa. Lol, coincidence much?) dumped a handful of snow down HIS collar to wake him up when he was about to fall asleep in Jotunheimr. But more importantly, it creates a massive plot hole in the Caliber sidestory, which creates some problems for Volume 7.

Well, I guess they could always make it an OVA episode or something.

Well, jiggle jiggle jiggle PANTSU is summing up most of the episodes I'm catching up on right now. And Aladdin's faces. Those are pretty awesome.

I was only marginally enjoying the show the first few episodes, but these last few have just been outstanding. Especially this episode. If Sakurasou wasn't airing, Chuu2 would be my favorite show this season.

I thought the in-game portion of the reveal was devilishly hilarious. The look on their faces. Then the bedroom breakdown and I was like, "I might be a bad person"

Sword Art Online 22: Really baw scene with the Asuna flashbacks, really captured the moment well. Also, poor Sugu T_T

Girls und Panzer 08: I was severely disappointed by the lack of Tiger, since they showed its turret last episode. That being said, it's 6 T-34-85s, 7 T-34s, an IS-2, and a KV-2 vs a PzIV, StuGIII, Pz38t, M3 Lee, Type 89 and Char B1 Bis. But at least they upgraded their gun on the PzIV. The Russian song was... interesting. I am a terrible human being because I laughed at the "purge" reference. I laughed my ass off. I still have a huge pomegranateeating grin right now. It makes my heart ache at how the Russians are going to lose this despite having the upper hand. Reminds me of too many fail teams I've had doing this pomegranate...

They're airing the entirety of Nekomonogatari on New Year's and they haven't even released Kizumonogatari.
Has anyone here read the novels? Can you tell me if I have to read Kizu before watching Neko, or if there are any Kizu spoilers in Neko?

It's a Japanese "remedy" for colds and the flu. Don't remember where it comes from off the top of my head.

I'm glad he did, show doesn't need any more than it already has, takes itself way too seriously in my opinion. Especially when it comes to taking a crap on Sugu's heart. ;_;

Free time!
Watched Psycho-Pass. Picked this up a few weeks ago, and today I finished ep.8. Pretty good anime, if sometimes it edges on the cheesy side. Also, hippocampus in the ass. lol That was amusing.

edit: Oh, there is one thing that bothers me about this anime. Stupidly friggin huge fish eyes. Holy crap, I can barely tolerate the MC's eyes, but the school girls introduced on the last episodes...? Also, the art just reminds me too much of katekyo hitman reborn (expected I guess, given who is the illustrator). Not a big deal, but still... same face syndrome.

No comments on SAO Ep24's creepy-as-pomegranate psycho...whatthehelldoyouevencallthat moments yet I see. Insane son of a motherfucker even has a TEAR FETISH. Oh God.

Anyway, Ep25 should be the final episode. I seem to remember wikipedia listing it as as 24 or 26, but I doubt there's enough content for an Ep26. All we have left is Kazuto arriving at the hospital.
