My hat ended up w/ +9%maxHP and +6%maxHP xP
So I get +45%maxHP total for wearing it ;D not a huge change, and obviously it would've been better if it had int, but meh.
It's pretty cool looking though xP that much is certain~

9% intelligence + 6% MP.

Only worthy stat... 5% chance to ignore 40% damage T_T and unique.... hopefully is 3 linned

"and Charm"? Are you sure? Because even though mine raised Empathy, the chat notification said "Charm level raised" (or whatever the precise wording is). And no, it didn't actually raise any Charm; I checked.
