Log in issue

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

K so this is a weird glitch, I don't think there's a possible fix other than something Nexon can do at their side but who knows worth a shot right?

I can't log on to my shadower account AT ALL.

GameLauncher : after entering the pw and clicking log in the screen freezes for a moment then the pw box clears then nothing.. and the result is the same after rebooting pc/router/network and on various machines

Via site: crashes after selecting channel.

Other accounts work, my friend tried to log on too and had the same issue.

I'm getting the same issue. I tried reinstalling it twice and going in from steam. Nothing works, sadly.

If you're referring to the fact that you're rank 0, that's because of nexon's faulty ranking system. I can log on fine but I am rank 0 on the site's main page. I don't even get an avatar though.

Well I was rank 1xxx or something before this instance. -shrug-

Specifically, are you getting this? The thing its doing is -trying- to patch, then it fucks up during the process and deletes Maplestory.exe.

 They really dropped the ball here

Most people are claiming its because they made a Luminous and skipped the tutorial, but I had no interest in making one, so I'm confused as all hell.
