Got to 80 on my Sylvari Thief a few days ago, now I'm not sure on what to do first. I'm thinking about doing dungeons and getting full a Twilight Arbor set, but I'll probably get sidetracked.

Curious because I haven't played in a while, did they ever fix Citadel of Flame and Arah's entry events? Because they've been broken for like a month and a half. It's really turned me off of the game because I was looking forward to starting to make Arah armor and then it bugs out cause they wanted to make it harder.

And staff necros do a lot of that. I chose Well of Suffering and Blood Well as my healing and supporting skill as well to have 2 more circles. The other utility skill right now is Signet of Spite for the raw power boost and the ability to wreck a boss/miniboss with about 6 conditions at once. Been leveling the Spite trait as well for a bit better healing and more condition damage.
Argh, if I remember to add you to the guild, I will.
Just FYI most of us don't represent Southperry because we've found huge 200+ guilds to get exp and stuff, but it serves as a nice chat if a bunch of us are on. Plus that guild bank.

Maybe SOMEONE I KNOW can actually put food in there instead of mailing it to me every time.

Oh. Didn't even realize SP was in Crystal Desert haha. Representing NAGA (Not Another Gaming Acronym) at the moment, they do a lot of WvW and are pretty friendly. Level 29 at the moment, eagerly awaiting level 30 and being able to use Elite skills (as well as getting my next 10 point Trait bonus).
Revamped my traits and added some runes to my gear to focus a bit more on causing criticals to work with my current gear setup - my bleeds last 20% longer and do 10% more damage, while all conditions I inflict last an additional 9% (10% at next level) longer and I have an additional 100 condition damage from traits. My weapon causes 3 second bleeds at a 66% chance on criticals, and I have a 45% critical chance currently. I also use a staff, so I have a 6 second cooldown AOE bleed effect. BLEED ALL THE THINGS!
I'm having fun with this system, needless to say.

Guild aren't world-base, they're game based. 0:

Plus we originally started in Stormbluff, IIRC. I'm like one of the few that never moved.
Not that it matters, as long as they get the guesting system working you'll be able to join anyone you want regardless of server. I hear you already can for dungeons, and I know you can for overflow.

just tried some PvP after not playing for a while (due to playing league). What the hell happened to engineers? The grenades are way different underwater and seem to do a ton less damage. Kind of needed rofl. Grenades were stupid OP underwater

Looking to jump back into this game. Haven't played since a couple weeks after launch. Are there any major changes to the lower level stuff?

Hadn't played this for a while and only recently picked up on it again.
Forgot how perfect this game feels to me.
The fact that you can play anyway you want and NOT get punished but rather rewarded is amazing. Say I don't feel like killing anything, sure I can explore, craft, etc and still level up. Argh not a game in a while has made me feel happy playing it.
Level 4x Meser here.

I haven't seen any Grenade mechanics change, but in water they were indeed extremely broken. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a change in some of those apparent "No content" patches they've been giving. Companies are known to leave out patch notes for random crap, probably by accident.

Events seem to have been boosted in frequency, especially in the earlier areas. Outside of that I don't really think much has changed for low levels. Maybe a few new events, but that's about it.

Time Magazine's #1 game of the year. Cool stuff
So happy at least one group didn't make it COD: BO2, Halo 4, or some other game with no work put into it that people still buy for no reason(Though, before people rip my virtual throat out, I did hear H4 was actually decent, but it's hard to tell if it's bullshit or not). I would have been happy with Torchlight 2 as well, but sadly it made only #10. I guess that's still saying a lot though.

I was surprised League of Legends didn't make it honestly.
