All of the Level 70 Link Skills will remain Level 70, so I think it's safe to assume that Jett's will remain at 120.

Only thing I'm going to be trying is Luminous when its released. I already made all of the classes i wanted to try to 160ish. I end up quitting them all at 160 anyway

I've already got all but 1 of the classes I want to 100+, so I'm basically just waiting for luminous and Kaiser. dem link skills.

I think I’ll have 7 4th job advances to do after i get around to adding all the SP, fun times. Oh well I’ll have a more interesting character deck now at least.

I may be motivated to try some classes. Only 4th job I've played has been my Night Lord but I have quite a few 3rd jobbers that I've quit in the process that would be interesting to see 4th.

Like if I have 2 cannoneer mules at 120, can I put the link skill twice on my bm?

You can have multiple link skills on a same character but you can only link the same skill to a character once. Attempting to link the same link skill a second time will result in an error.

Anyway for other classes,

Elf’s Blessing: level 2 – 15% bonus experience
Deadly Instinct: level 2 – 15% critical chance
Guardian of Light: level 2 – 110 second duration
Permeate: level 2 – 15% defense ignored
Iron Will: level 2 – 15% HP
Soul Contract: level 2 – 90% damage increase (45% for Link Skill)

Can anyone confirm if Jett and her core skill was affected by the change yet?

I am pretty sure that all of these Link Skill increases are not going to occur until after Tempest, so no sense getting too excited yet.

Most of my link characters are past 120 anyway so I can safely ignore them. Maybe I'll make an assassin, to complete my Thief set.

Been stuck at 102 on my WK and 11x on my Mihile for MONTHS now. Might get Mihile up to 120 for Empress's Blessing.

Glad to try out new skills though.
