I just got Kenta's Goggles since those are third tier (although Specs are going to be third tier come Tempest, I think).

My friend insists I shouldn't cube untradeables and wait, they're second tier at GMS? Ours is level 80 so I'm debating if I should buy a 2L one, suck it up and use stamps on it. At least I don't really need to worry about scrolling this since it's mainly there for the extra potential and even a LUK 3% boost would do a lot.

That sucks a lot. I could in fact get Kenta's Goggles for my Phantom as I've already decided to stick to this character but it doesn't hurt to get a Spectrum in case I get a different kind of stat and I want to swap with something else.
