Heads up! They're getting rid of white scrolls?

White Scroll: protect a slot from failed scroll - currently tradeable
Protection Scroll: protect an item from blowing up - currently untradeable
Shield Scroll: protect a slot from failed scroll - NX (3500, 11@35000)
Shielding Ward: protect an item from blowing up - NX (11900, 11@99000)
Guardian Scroll: protect a failed scroll from being consumed - NX (3000, 11@30000)

In September they announced the Shield Scrolls, Shielding Wards, and Guardian Scrolls were permanent additions to CS. Then they removed them at the end of the month.

Shield Scrolls and Shielding Wards will be on sale @ 50% off and 70% off (approximate, Nexon numbers) during the Black Friday sale.

White scrolls and Slot Protection Scrolls should be gone forever anyway.

i like the ability to outdo your luck, i tend to have pretty shitty luck when it comes to raw scrolling

The concept is a good one, but sadly as a result it just creates more of a power divide and needless elitism in the community. I've seen plenty of flames because someone's gear is not perfect 7/7, 9/9, 10/10, 12/12, or whatever. Hell, it's happened to me in my video comments when I show my gear, and I'm not even playing GMS.

Back in the day when your gear was screwed up, you simply got another one and tried again, or dealt with the result. Scrolling should happen long before potential cubing anyway, so you're not really losing all that much by having a few failed scrolls if you don't like it.

Plus, with 10% and 30% scrolls that are completely broken, and can somehow make gear like +40 attack shoes and eye masks, there's really no possibility of the Slot Scrolls to be legitimate helpers and instead make the game even more unfair to people who don't have a ton of money or cheat.

Clean Slates. And they started cracking down on those a bit with the 5 per character limit on one you buy from "Event Coin" stores. I still have 7X or so, but that's only about 7 slots. I actually prefer Clean Slates to Whites, since I can't afford Whites and sometimes you get lucky with that 10%.

100k NX in gacha tickets for maybe 0 WS vs 2.7k nx for an equivalent of a WS, ok that seems nice if they are just removing duped WS since we can still buy WS from the lucky ones that get some from gacha(for maybe 500m-1b) but if they are removing ALL THE WS now we need to spend NX yes or yes, and service is to risky

Well you have to also consider the reason you were flamed for that is not because it's not perfect, but rather how easy it is to make it perfect. Rather, how easy it seems to be, considering how much are available. Back in the day though you had no choice but to spam 10/30's until you passed 3/4 then you stopped. It really wouldn't be that different, just not as exaggerated. It's a little late to remove the entire method of it all together as old gear would surpass the new for at least 2 generations because of the weapon attack difference.

Isn't it impossible to get them now anyways? NLC Gachapon and Mushroom Shrine are gone and those are the only two places I think they came from. RIP Subani's magical scrolls .
