Is it just me or could this guy be the Demon Slayer's little brother? After all you know what they say about characters not being dead unless killed on-screen, but it doesn't seem to be directly related to Automata though.

Why not automata? They cyborgy eyepatch sure looks promising.
As for DS's little brother... maybe both? Badly hurt in the fire, the Resistance rebuilt him... (I know the timeline doesn't match, but time travel in maplestory is all too easy)
Has Nexon said anything about automata being Orca, or necessarily female? Or is that all fan speculation?

Demon Slayer was one of my favourite classes when I played it! If this is Automaton, and he's like a thief equivalent of Demon Slayer I'm gonna be super happy. I was thinking maybe it'd be a robot that the Black Wings created who became self aware and joined the Resistance or something, so this isn't at all what I was expecting, but he looks awesome! Can't wait for more information.

Nexon has said nothing on either. And it is possible since we don't know if Demon Slayer could have survived as long as he had without being encased and the person in the picture might have enough robotic parts to be basically an automata. Whatever it is I'm all for more news!

Let the hype begin! And come to think of it, it would match since Demon Slayer rounded up the missing Warrior class out of the initial Resistance group (Mechanics don't count here since their release date was much closer to the original two versus DS) and his little brother filling the position of the missing Thief class would be fantastic. And just think of the story potential too! ...

The only thing we know is that Demon Slayer's father was a demon, I don't believe it's been explained where they came from. ...if this is really the Demon Slayer's little brother I have just the perfect complementary name.

Please don't let this be Angelic Burster V2, that'd be such a let down. There's been so much anticipation for the final Resistance and I'm kinda nervous that they're going to blow it. The Demon Slayer storyline was really good, I'm hoping they can top it with this.

Seconding. If they make this one even more overpowered than AB and/or ditch the storyline I think I might just call it quits before I spend too much.

I'm really hoping for Automata to be a slick class. They've got a high bar to hit with this class coming after Luminous, Kaiser, and AB. How could they possibly follow that act?

Looking back at Phantom I would say that's not too likely, and the bar we're speaking about here isn't about damage anyway. I guess it's a different story for people just playing for the damage though.

I'm hoping this brings great new areas, seeing that the demon slayer little brother has two doors Future Ereve style with demon eyes in the middle.

Also, that guy has a sword on his back. Interesting.
