[MSEA] Bugged skills

I noticed the muffled sound effects for Phantom skills too.

And they didn't only mess up Magician sound effects, they messed up intrepid slash and octopunch and any other skill that just replaces another skill. And the problems ARE STILL THERE

Never played with the sound effects on, but what, messing up the sound effects for Phantom too? What a joke!

I've noticed some sound glitches with millie aiguillies on my Phantom,not sure if it's just me or everyone else is having the same problem.

It most likely is with everyone. I've also heard complaints of poor sound quality.

The sound is not as good as the on in the you tube video.
Instead of cluck chuck cluck chuck cluck chuck,
I am hearing wheak wheak wheak wheak.
Hopefully you get what I mean
