Yeah, but the cape is layered improperly. When I bought one on my Kaiser in KMS and swung my sword around, the cape was layered above everything else. I could go snatch a screen shot of it off my other computer for laughs.

Edit: I am aware the covering is wrong but I got creative and decided that it looked close enough to going over the left shoulder rather than poor layering.
