Twilight Princess is forever ruined by Skyward Sword.

Replicate my swings

Create a battle system where if I swing left and his defense is on the right, it fu`cking hits him.

I haven't played the game but looking at the reviews it seems this game is just straight up stupid in terms of force feeding motion control.

From my experience, if you swing too fast or wildly, then it sucks. But if you take your time moving to where you want your sword to start swinging from, it was reliable most of the time.

Now you guys are overexaggerating the concept because of your feelings. Strenght should be considered because I want to be able to counter appropriately. How much fun would that be? Where your strikes have a strategy then wanking off until the game lets you break their defense. Or until they give you arrows where to hit?

Again it doesn't matter to me, I thought the game looked terrible from the get go, and reading the comments from Lozmaster; doesn't seem my judgement was far off.

Right back at you buddy. If I am letting all the feels get in the way of creating a proper opinion on this game, then you and Lozmaster are as well. It seems ridiculous for you to disregard my opinion, but adopt his because it better fits your notion of SS. You haven't played it, you have only read reviews. Lozmaster has tons of issues with this game, some justified, a lot imo are not.

You can counter attacks with a shield or by dodging or by swinging your sword where their defense isn't. I don't see how swinging your sword with any more force should prompt the game to let you break an enemies' defense. Most of the enemies in these games are stronger than you, the ones that aren't can at the very least block some of your attacks. Lozmaster has talked about SS already being too easy, if we could just swing the wii mote stronger and break through defenses, this game would become a lot easier.

I'll just agree to disagree. I've dropped consoles because the motion control forcefeeding just ruins majority of games for me.

Because that's exactly what it sounds like. You sound just like someone on XFire I know. "Unless they come out with more Zelda games only with classic control options, they'll forever suck." (What he REALLY said was, "Unless they make another Zelda game for the Nintendo 64, I'll never buy a Zelda game again.")

I admit, I was remembering incorrectly about OoT/MM.

Your argument is redundant, for one thing, the wii u zelda either has to drop motion controls or not use the wii u pad. Or they make multiple control options. You know, like tons of Wii games did? Xenoblade/Pandoras Tower/Last Story/ Mario Kart/Murumasa/ Sonic unleashed/Colours/The dragonball games, and too many more to really mention.

Absolutely possible too. I already gave a method - while locked on, the second stick lets you choose what angle your sword is at. Since you insist that the camera being controllable is useless (Wrong), that just makes it an even easier solution.

The sword swinging was the only half decent thing about the motion controls, and that didn't make them any better. But I'm not going through this argument again. It also actively made everything except the pointing items (e.g. bow) significantly worse.

Thanks for reminding me how godawful bad Xenoblade was on waggle.

If you played Xenoblade with anything but the classic controller pro, you were doing it wrong, but the option was still there. Getting a bit off topic, but I thought Xenoblade didn't use motion controls at all even on a wiimote setup?

It didn't. It used the nunchuck addon and the remote, no motion I don't think, but then, I only played it for a few minutes like that before switching to my PS2 controller (the first time I played it I emulated, later bought the US version and played with classic controller).
