Gah...dunno who to get the Blade of the Ruined King for...I mean, in most situations I'd prefer Bloodthirster + Infinity Edge + Zeal...I guess if the enemy team is really bruisy...

There is no bloodthirster in TT (The only place with blade of the ruined king)

Nvm, just read the post. Anyway you would pick blade of the ruined king if you needed a little source of mixed damage + lifesteal, or simply if you need to peel some HP tanks away. Also dem active Slow+Speed = sticking to your targets without the expensive frozen hammer (Or the may or may not happen phage)

Apparently it builds into a new tank item. Something like the second one seems more likely than the first.

FoN, HoG, MBR, Elixir of Agility, Ionic Spark, Rejuvenation Bead, and Meki Pendant removed

Good changes, but damm, good thing I didn't buy Shen yet to abuse the Ionic Spark splitpushing.

Sunfire Cape is still a thing, we don't know what Statikk Shiv does.

Instant buy on every champion I know exists. Now to wait for the components and upgrades...

I really wish part of Season 3 included removing Singed.
