Washington the second state to do it? Colorado and Washington legalized recreational marijuana at the same time.

It depends heavily on the type of medication and dosage. Most medication includes the "do not operate heavy machinery" clause if you aren't allowed to drive with it.

I was watching the election on tv and I recieved a link to Colorado legalizing it on twitter. I don't see why you felt the urge to nitpick that statement.

I was just thrown off by it. I figured since you went to the trouble of amending your first post that you knew something I didn't, which in turn caused me to go look again and confirm that they both happened yesterday.
