That doesn't default to "Speed limit break".

It is a factor of why someone would speed and increase the likelihood.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but, isn't it illegal to drive if you have over a certain amount of percocet in your system? I DO know for a fact that it dulls your senses tremendously, and even if it is not illegal, you still should definitely not be doing it if you take more than 1 a day; my grandmother is up to 4 every 4 hours, and we had to take her car away because it's just flat not safe for her, but even with only a couple in you per day it still slows you down a ton.

Washington the second state to do it? Colorado and Washington legalized recreational marijuana at the same time.

It depends heavily on the type of medication and dosage. Most medication includes the "do not operate heavy machinery" clause if you aren't allowed to drive with it.

The results from Washington came in first. I was watching the election on tv and I recieved a link to Colorado legalizing it on twitter.

I don't see why you felt the urge to nitpick that statement.

I was just thrown off by it. I figured since you went to the trouble of amending your first post that you knew something I didn't, which in turn caused me to go look again and confirm that they both happened yesterday.
