I'm sick of hearing LiSA in a good chunk of the anime openings/endings. So hearing this style of music in an anime is refreshing.

If you like the other end of the spectrum (more calm music), I recommend this Japanese group. As far as I know, their work has never appeared in anime. It appears in J-dramas or commercials mostly.
