So basically, the 5 second cooldown doesn't do anything and DBs have crit almost 90% of the time now?

That would be a chain to Battle Mage's new Hyper Skill that they haven't released yet. It's interesting they've even added this much. It should work identically to how Finish Attack did previously. It also has skipActionFrames 10 so it will be at least 300ms faster than its listed delay.

90% seems conservative.

Sweet! That means BaMs might get a spammable attack like Aran's Beyonder?

Hear that? That's the sound of all Dual Blade players squeeing in joy.

Next patch: Angelic Buster becomes a sentient god.

I love the look of those weapons though. Especially the Cane.

Shadowers forever inferior in everything but survivability.

You mean all the people who made Angelic Bursters with less than wholesome names will be killed in their sleep?

Umm isn't Blader's survivability better due to Side Step, Shadow Meld, and Mirrored Target?

Against bosses with max accuracy, Dual Bladers have absolutely no ability to dodge vs Shadowers who have Shadow Shifter. There aren't very many bosses like that though. And in cases where you can't rely on misses, Mirrored Target's damage reduction is much less than Meso Guard. Otherwise, DBs win out on survivability.

Are they? All I know is that Shadowers can take bigger hits. It's true Dual Blades are ridiculously hard to hit, but if they DO get hit they wouldn't be as well off as a Shadower. Also, Meso Guard is the one thing Shadowers always have going for them.

I speak from experience that dodge is not everything. It takes quite a few hits for my Shadower to need to pot, but as for my Dual Blader... If he gets hit, he needs to pot pronto. It's also not as if Shadowers have no avoid at all; as mentioned before both Shadow Shifter and Dagger Expert help them in that area. Sure Dual Bladers have crazy avoid. But that's because they need it. Would it really make sense for Shadowers to have defense and the same crazy avoid as Bladers?

In my eyes, I see nothing wrong.

Then things go right out the window for those crazy rich people who can somehow get even a Thief class to have crazy amounts of HP that taking hits is a non-issue, like 20k at 200. Heck, at the moment I'm working on Willpower for both my Dual Blade, and she's got almost 9k HP at 130. I'm a bit excited to see how high it can go. Of course, 1/1 + Seduce/Damage Reflect shenanigans is still a huge nuisance.

Well... Stella Shoulders can have potential so rejoice if you don't care for the Empress shoulder.

What exactly is the Cannon Shooter change? Some sort of delay between the bullet hitting removed?

When did Mirrored Target gain the ability to reduce damage taken? I must've missed that part of the dual blade revamp..

I think they had it ever since the Chaos Update. Looking at Hidden Street's data again, I think they got it in the Big Bang.

Wait, doesn't Mirrored Target's passive effect just more Dodge?
