The LoL Patches thread
FenixR Wrote:Worse its that its apparently a one chance time to buy it, like the harrowing skins from last October.

They are legacy skins meaning they will go away (i think nov14th or some date, feel free to correct me) but they can come back into the store whenever riot feels like it (most likely for special events/holidays e.g. riot's anniversary, halloween 2013)

They are not limited edition meaning those were a 1-time offer and are never coming back e.g. any special holiday skins pre-december 2011.
My thoughts on Elise so far:
-All cooldowns (bar her transformation) are too long, especially her Q (both human and spider) and human W.
-Human W and E can be cockblocked by minions so hard.
-Human W, depending on where you fire it from, can explode before it can arrive to its target (without hitting anything). I'd honestly like to see her W work like Maokai's sapplings.
-Q doesn't deal significant enough damage for the cooldown it has.
-Poor ratios on everything. Both Qs only scale on the %damage; human W has a reasonable scaling, but the CD and unreliability kill it; E has no scaling; Spider R doesn't scale hard on either on-hit or Spiderling damage. Also, no control of spiderlings is annoying.
-I honestly feel like she'd be stronger as AD or on-hit than AP.
-Human W should have the AoE skill-shot targeting instead of the linear skill-shot targeting.

I feel like she's just like any other assassin that can be ridiculous if she gets fed and snowballs, but otherwise I think she's kind of meh.

I agree with this for the most part. She doesnt do much of anything without enough items late game.
6 on both of her Q, 12 on both of her W,14 to 10 on her stun and 26 to 18 on her rappel. None of those share CD with the human/spider form, so its a matter of comboing. Also her spiderlings are not much of a joke with her W (140% at max level its pretty darn good, Rengar Level speed sans the bonus damage), and while in spider form she does extra magic damage with a 0.2 ratio.
The problem is sticking to anyone in spider form. Rylais doesn't seem like enough at all. Probably best off jungling and getting red buff.
My fav thing about the new TT: People forget you actually gain Exp from killing minions, not capturing altars or getting killed like morons. Also pushing so far and staying near the turret ALONE its not the best way to win a game... Sigh.

Also the TT have been lagging lately so i recommend to stay away for a while.
With max CDR on elise, her q is 3.6 seconds. Switch forms and it should always be down. Another reason I wanted elise was so I could go ad with her eventually. lols
The reason why vilemaw may be the most OP neutral mob in the whole game...

Also some random/secret tidbits about TT.
I really like elise in the jungle as an ap bruiser. Rylais into glacial shroud or an MR item/ other tank items+ deathcap
WW is ridiculous on TT as a jungler.
He can jungle indefinitely with the perfect speed so that just when he just finishes, the next camp respawns
He can solo Vilemaw with BotRK, Spectral Lantern and Zerker Greaves (usually built in 13-15min depending on ganks)
They wont know you're doing it because since there are no wards they can't tell if you're still jungling
His ult and lifesteal are both super powerful in 3v3 (especially with BotRK)
Zed, the Master of Shadows.

Quote:• He can make a stationary shadow of himself that then copies his skills when used. For example, you can throw a skillshot shuriken and he’ll also throw one. If they both hit, then you hit with two!
• He can swap places with his shadow to be elusive, set up ganks, or dodge skillshots
• All his skills can double hit!
• Yes, he uses energy

Shadow Ninja’s gameplay isn’t about deceptive clones, but instead copying himself to extend and increase his power or mobility. And since his moves deal with areas or skillshots, setting up the right positioning to double-hit and maximize your damage is really important.
Huh... Hi, Talon?
He has no stealth. Thank you god.
Honestly he doesn't seem similar to talon at all. Exclusively skillshots and AoE abilities.
Also power rangers.
Looks a lot like Crimson Elite Talon tbh. But he looks sick, I'ma buy him. Screw runes right

Seems pretty cool.

I was talking about the looks, not the abilities.

Fair enough.
