Believe it or not, I actually planned this. Knowing you had heal, there was no way I would win trades later on if I didn't secure an early lead, so i auto attacked creeps quite a bit at level one. With just one more minion about to give me level two, I spammed ctrl+ q then ignited and went in for the kill.

I usually auto minions to get level 2 earlier than the opposition anyway, I just tried harder this game.
