Actually if you think about it, they could get stupid ammounts of DOSH if they included a very rare skin, hair, or face ONLY obtainable with this. That'd mean they'd have to play long to get it, and then Throw money at the screen to get the rest of the set.

And the rest of the people that want to screw with it could, too.

They never intended to have them. They just used a wrong picture for the ad, and replaced it when they saw people getting excited about these skin colors that will not be available through the event.
