"Dinner Fixin's" - until when?

There are 5 store-npcs where you can convert the Allowance to a Nexon Cash Card. Each store will let you do it six times. So maximum cards you can get is 30.

But the quest has been running for 25 days already, and the cards' expiry date is the 16th.

So. Will the quest end in 5 days? Will it continue until the 16th (or the 14th? or the 11th? when's the December patch supposed to be, anyway?) in such a way that you can get your Allowance but can't buy any more cards with it (unless you missed a day)? Will one of the npcs suddenly get "new stock" of cards?

Anybody know?

Oh, and another question. Does anyone know whether you can get two days' worth of Allowance (or more) and buy several cards at once? I don't want to travel to NLC and back to Henesys every day if I don't have to.

Dinner fixins will keep on going, with nothing to do with the allowance because Nexon is retarded and didn't think about the fact that they removed the best buy store.

And no, the Allowance expires 24 hours after you get it. IE, if you saved it until the next day, it'd expire just before you could get a second one.

Kind of pissed off that I've already devoted over half my etc. inventory to this quest and it's hard to keep room for drops while training or doing quests. And it'll stay that way for another week+.

I merely emptied out a mule and did it on there, lol.

As to the TS, I'd suggest grabbing those return to NLC scrolls and just using them in Amoria to get over. That's what Ive been doing and it saves me one trip ride.

OK, so what happens in ~13 hours, when the "NX Card" etc items expire?

I had sort of assumed the patch would happen then, and all accounts would come out of the patch with maple points (and "NX Card"s that expire when you log in). But as there's no patch announcement, the conversion is apparently supposed to happen "on the fly". Somehow I get a bad feeling about that. How did it happen last year?

Aside from taking screen shots of my inventory and my current NX Cash balance, what can I do to make sure Nexon doesn't screw up and allow the cards to disappear before tallying them and converting to points?

Last year they all expired and everyone was going on about how they had no points and Nexon scammed them. But everyone got the points in a later Server Check. I don’t know when you will get them but don’t worry when they vanish.

Yep. They expired, and then within a week or so, the Maple Points appeared in a later server check. I assume there is some log they checked and then added the points accordingly. It could be done during the patch or a server check within a week or two.

Just assume there's a patch on the 16th and you'll have your Maple points when you log in.
