Yea I was just banned too during silent crusade quest.

Erm? Anyone hearing rumors about what this patch is for?
I'm not liking what I'm hearing. There is a hack that bans someone when you trade them? Two people in my alliance have been banned (10minutes).

sounds more random from the people in this thread. The first person to be banned in my alliance said he thought it was a trade hack; was just posing an idea. I had no clue if there was substance behind it.

My account was banned after the last maintenance. Took me 48 hrs to get unbanned after I emailed Nexon.

So from reading around forums. Broa was apparently crashing a lot according to this thread
As for the bans, random people have claimed to have been hell/banned for abusing or doing that malfunctioning quest for homecoming coins. Can't really confirm anything.

It's probably not that. I've had my character in FM all day(all week actually) with shop up. Decided to close shop not long before maintenance then relogged and BAMMMM, 10 min ban.

Haven't touched a single quest since the patch on that account too..

Yeah, it's probably a random glitch in the servers. Take a look around Nexon's forums and you'll see a lot of banned threads at random places and doing different normal things.

I rarely do the quests personally, but I've done it all at least once and got blocked off anyways when I ran into FM.

I suppose we were a little too optimistic. They probably just reset the servers for some .. um.. I don't know stress relief?

Because part of me doesn't want to believe that Nexon would cause a bug to "fix" a problem I guess :c

The only "bug" they caused is that they didn't patch the client. So the client thinks this quest exists, and shows it to you. But they did remove the quest from the server (and said so in the USM notice), so when you try to complete the quest the server says, "huh?"
