That doesn't give coins. The 40/80 att stackable buff is nice, however.

I only had 135 when I got it. (I'd spent 25 on the ring.) So no, it counts what you've earned, not what you have.

I did. Event window popped up as soon as my stack hit 160 coins.

Does the stamp say its from homecoming event? I'm sure I got over 100 coins but I only have stamps from "Bowman Revamp Event" and "[Charity :Water] Water from Droplets."

It's labeled as the "water from droplets", but I've never completed that quest, and it popped up the instant my coins hit 160.

Same. Well, not "never" -- I completed it once, but I certainly didn't get a stamp at that point.

Open the event list ui, the events that gives stamps have a gift box icon, if you hover over it, it tells you the requirements.

Yes. Like I say, I spent 25 coins on a ring but still received the stamp after I'd earned 100 (=135 coins in inventory).
