I actually completed several of the event quests and built a new weapon on one of my characters... No loss though, i can do it again.

Nothing like 2x EXP to make it all better~!

They always have the 3x for when the really pineapple up.

I avoided the game all day yesterday so no MP for me, oh well.

Sure, logged in stores, set up, went to work, game went down, when I came home it was up again, and my stores get 1k more maple points for compensation. Since I buy regular store permits (not mushies), my store accounts have enough maple points from various compensations to buy regular stores for the next 2 years. TY Nexon for free stores, like it should be.

wtp? I used my 1k + some leftovers from BigWigs to get a cube, the cheapest kind, and after I re-revealed it was the exact same potential.

Yep..It also locked the accounts i deleted to make it. If i try to delete it, I get anotice saying the process can't be completed, but deleting dif. characters works fine.

P.S. Did they forget the 2x or something?

Strangely enough, I can make a character with the same name as the deleted one (that is no longer deleted because of the rollback), so I end up having two characters with the same name ..

[Update] We are aware of an issue that prevents characters from being deleted from an account if they were deleted just after the v.118 update and then brought back during the server reset. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

[Update] There was a technical error that delayed the 2x EXP/Drop event's start until 10:40 AM Pacific. Because of this, the end time has been extended to 7 PM Pacific (10 PM Eastern).


We will be resetting the MapleStory servers to a restore point from before the v.118 update maintenance ended in order to resolve a number of issues. This means that any EXP and items you gained, quests you completed, progress you made, and NX items you bought since that time will be reverted.

Please understand that we made the difficult decision to reset our servers back to this restore point only as a last resort to solve the issues players were experiencing. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Please note that we will be taking the following steps to make up for the lost time:

1. Anyone who logged in on 9/25 from 4 AM to 10 AM Pacific will receive 1,000 Maple Points.
   
2. All Cash Shop items you had in your possession when the v.118 update began will have an additional 48 hours added to their duration, along with being extended to cover the time from when the maintenance began at 11 PM on 9/24 until service is restored.
   
3. We will be holding a 2x EXP and Drop Event tomorrow from 10 AM to 6 PM Pacific/1 PM - 9 PM Eastern.
   
4. Any NX or Maple Points spent on 9/25 from 4 AM to 10 AM Pacific will be refunded to your account.
