• All MapleStory game servers
  

-Changes and Updates-

• A malfunctioning event quest will be blocked.
  
• Pink Bean will no longer drop Horntail-specific items.
  
• [Quest: Secret Medicine for Transformation] Green Cornians will have a chance to drop a Cornian's Dagger.
  
• Certain mobs that were incorrectly dropping Gallant Emblems will no longer drop them.

Screw that Nexon! PvP isn't enough to get the Gallant Emblems because of the time PvP is avaliable... now you decided to retire it to the people who can't do PvP decently???

Nice fast boss fix. Think those other bosses will be fixed too or shall we have another USC tomorrow for that?

What event quest is malfunctioning? (and how are people abusing it, to make Nexon block it so fast?)

And I wonder what other mobs and bosses have had their drop tables messed up this time. (Or previous times... are those sharks (?) still dropping green mushroom drops?) How do they even do that?

People are farming AEEs and clean slates.

Pretty sure it'd be the quest that gives 60 Home coming coins to any char that accepts it. And since the CS in the store are storageable could easily, delete and farm.

It wasn't malfunctioning, though? Unless it was originally meant to give 6 coins or something and they literally just messed up a digit. I find that unlikely considering the raised price of the scrolls.

They might have meant it to be 60 coins, but never stopped to consider that people have, effectively, infinite characters.
They could have made it only apply to characters created before the 118 patch, but I guess that's harder than just blocking it for everyone.

They didn't even remove it properly. I should have gotten the quest on all my characters yesterday! I assumed it would be around for later! And thus -- dramatic heave -- do the non-farmers sufferrrrr! (trill, echo)
