Notice Concerning Extended Maintenance

We will be resetting the MapleStory servers to a restore point from before the v.118 update maintenance ended in order to resolve a number of issues. This means that any EXP and items you gained, quests you completed, progress you made, and NX items you bought since that time will be reverted.

Please understand that we made the difficult decision to reset our servers back to this restore point only as a last resort to solve the issues players were experiencing. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Please note that we will be taking the following steps to make up for the lost time:

1. Anyone who logged in on 9/25 from 4 AM to 10 AM Pacific will receive 1,000 Maple Points.
   
2. All Cash Shop items you had in your possession when the v.118 update began will have an additional 48 hours added to their duration, along with being extended to cover the time from when the maintenance began at 11 PM on 9/24 until service is restored.
   
3. We will be holding a 2x EXP and Drop Event tomorrow from 10 AM to 6 PM Pacific/1 PM - 9 PM Eastern.
   
4. Any NX or Maple Points spent on 9/25 from 4 AM to 10 AM Pacific will be refunded to your account.

They always say they'll refund any NX spent when they roll back. Somehow they always manage to forget some of it.

When they least expect it, they rollback the game. Better than having a broken game...I suppose.

Called it. I knew there would be nx compensation.

Finally came out on the top of these for once.
Got all my NX returned.
Got a second chance at scrolling the sports events tops and managed to pass a 25% on 7 of them when I only passed a 25% on 5 of them pre-roll back (inb4 Chaosing kills the M.Att on all of them).
Got a free 1k Maple Points, which is useless but it's better than nothing I guess.
Just lost some time so whatever. No complaints.

my 10-day 2x drop card still expired when I logged in tonight after the super long maintenance, even though it was eligible for renewal. At least they're giving us 2x tomorrow but I was hoping I could squeeze in one last day of 2x before it expired. Oh well.
